Wool Penny Rug with Duck Decoy

I made this wool penny rug using one of the three duck decoy patterns from my Beautiful Big Dogs book. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. The rug measures approximately 16″ x 11″. The pennies are made from 1-3/4″, 1-1/4″, and 3/4″ circles and the tabs around the edge are 2-1/4″ wide x 2-1/2″ deep.

The duck decoy in this photo belonged to my Grandpa once upon a time and it was the original inspiration for the pattern in the dog book. This item is for sale on Etsy.com.
